No cloud-hosted services are available, for now, we support only in-house deployments.
Is it possible to upgrade the license from Basic to Professional to Enterprise?
Yes, you can upgrade easily without losing any of your data or the information, additional modules or the features are unlocked.
Any limitation on no. of users?
No, there is no limitation for end users.
Is there any additional setup cost applicable upon purchase?
Yes, we charge additional setup costs based on the man-hours and size of the company.
Are there any additional costs on the basic version?
There is no additional cost associated with the basic version, any one ISO Standard or Framework is allowed. For e.g. If your organisation is following ISO27001, you can manage ISO27001 without any restriction or limitation.
Can we deploy additional compliance packages in the basic version?
No, multiple compliances cannot be managed in the basic version. These are available only in the professional version each compliance package will cost you $550.
Upon renewal are we suppose to pay compliance package cost every year?
No, purchase of compliance package cost is one time charged.
Are we authorized to use the compliance package i.e. ISO Standards like ISO27001, ISO9001 and others?
No, the organisation has to purchase the required ISO standards from https://www.iso.org/. To receive the compliance package of the required standard have to prove the purchased copy of the standard belonging to your organisation to avoid copyright infringement.
What if my organisation has multiple standards to follow like ISO27001 and ISO27701/GDPR?
You need to go for the Professional Version because multiple compliance/framework mapping can be done easily.
Is it necessary to renew the software once purchased?
Yes, the issued license key has an expiration date. Timely renewal is always recommended to avoid any intruption.

Renewing the application can get you updates, upgrades, technical support, threats and vulnerabilities database updates, access to the information portal directly connected to our central server and also have privileged access to tons of infosec templates, training materials and much more for auditors and end users.
Can I use the same license for child entities?
No, you need to buy a separate license for each entity.
What if there is a new release of the same standard with a different version? for e.g. ISO27001:2013 have to be upgraded to ISO27001:2018
In such cases, the organisation has to purchase the compliance package. Upgrades and updates are applicable only for the version been purchased.
